burp clothes for drew

These burp clothes were a gift and they coordinated with Drew's Diapers and Dinners baby shower invitation.

eva's stationery

I love designing stationery. It is so personal and I can usually get it turned around quickly. My favorite designs are when I have a "theme" to use for the inspiration of my design. In this case, I was told Eva liked tulips, magnolia trees, and flamingos. Well magnolia flowers are so beautiful, that idea won hands down!!

happy birthday banner and balloons

Maggie wanted a modern, green and blue invitation for her sons 4th Jupiter Jump birthday party. I immediately thought of bouncing high in the sky. There is something about this invitation that I just love, it just looks so peaceful. A banner that matched the invitation hung between the trees in the birthday boy's backyard.

nautical bridal shower

When Susan emailed me about doing invitations for a nautical themed bridal shower I was so excited. The bride really loves to sail and is using that as part of her wedding theme, how fun! The hostesses also wanted coordinating menu cards for each food selection.

tulsa town hall

The Tulsa Town Hall 75th anniversary was a wonderful event. I was so delighted to be asked to create escort cards and party circles for the dessert. Being the 75th anniversary, the theme was diamonds. So I created escort cards with a diamond watermark in the background and turned the card 45 degrees to be a diamond rather than a square. The were four different party circle designs. And they were planted in the middle of this divine dessert. At the last minute, I was also asked to do some table numbers. The table numbers are shown in the pictures below, but most importantly look at all of the beautiful flowers. Jane of Jane Butts {events and interiors} created all of the gorgeous flower arrangements and coordinated the decor for the event.

stephanie's baby shower

Stephanie selected classic pooh bedding for her "surprise" baby's nursery. It was a surprise because that did not find out the gender. I was really happy with how the invitations turned out. I coordinated the invitation design to go with the bedding. And for a gift created coordinating burp cloth designs.

chloe and matt: purple and orange damask

Chloe really liked the idea of damask invitations and I was just as excited to design them. We used an orange damask outlined in purple, these two colors really made the invitation set pop. The invitation included their initials amongst the damask. The reply card and map were bundled with orange and purple ribbon, and the card with their initials was the finishing touch. I love how the orange and purple ribbon twists together.

I love the detailing on the cake and the flowers top it off perfectly. All of the arrangements were in very unique woodsy containers. Love these branches with the orchids and amaranthus hanging down.

Chloe and Matt's Rehearsal Dinner

When my mom ask me to design this invitation, all she asked for was that it include a table set outside under a tree, perhaps with a chandelier hanging from the tree, and definitely the sunset included on the invite. Oh and the invitation to have a white background with bright pink and orange as the two design colors. My response was "do you think I am some fancy artist that you can commission for a piece of artwork and get exactly what you want?". Unfortunately, she said "Yes!" After me calling her frustrated many times saying that I could not do it, finally I finished it and she was delighted. My favorite details of the invite were the initials carved in the tree (one idea I came up with on my own) and my newly designed chandelier. And of course, we had to have coordinating envelopes. I really like the sign hanging from the tree that says "Please deliver to." For the place cards, we put a label on orange crush bottles and placed them at each seat. A refreshing treat that coordinated perfectly and acted as a favor as well.

Isn't the sunset amazing in this picture!!

sisters dual baby shower

These two sisters are due very close to one another, one with a boy and one with a girl. So the hostesses decided to throw one big shower for both of them. Each invitation was mailed in coordinating envelopes. The centerpiece was an adorable flower arrangement made to look like a pram.

zach's dump truck invitation

When Jessica contacted me to do invitations for Zach's birthday it was very last minute. She told me Zach loves trucks and left it at that. A dump truck seemed like the favorite little boy truck so I set off to design one.
